The reason we can often offer our properties at below market rates is thanks to how we buy them. We send large scale mailing campaigns that target vacant land that has been neglected, inherited, or simply forgotten about so that we can pass the savings on to YOU!
My Story
Get to Know Us
I've spent the last few years as a mailman in Southeast Kansas, flipping houses and trying anything I could think of to afford a place out in the country. It wasn't until I employed this strategy that I actually found something worth buying at a price that worked. Since successfully proving the concept on myself, I'm passionate about connecting as many others as I can with their dream property.
